2021 has been tremendously successful for Safe and Insured. We are extremely proud of achieving significant growth despite the pressured circumstances that covid imposed. For myself, it was a great honour to be welcomed to the Board of Directors in June this year after achieving substantial growth during my time as Broker Manager.
The team have given 110% this year to each and every customer, contact and prospect and this has been the cornerstone of our growth and success throughout 2021. Our fantastic service and exceptional customer service has been the cause of many referrals and we are thankful to all those who have recommended our business.
We have grown our insurance agencies over the last 12 months bringing on board some exclusive packages for certain sectors and enabling stronger negotiating powers with the insurers. Allowing us to provide better cover at better prices for all our customers. Part of this is due to our partnership with Cobra Network and we want to thank them for the amazing support they have provided throughout this process.
Moving into bigger offices within Dalton Court in July gave us the opportunity to move forward with our recruitment plan.
In August we appointed Jodie Mitchell who joined the business to provide additional Admin support to both myself and the wider company. Jodie’s appointment has brought together a powerhouse team resulting in the ability to grow enquiries 5-fold and, as a result, the last quarter of 2021 has been Safe and Insured’s most successful quarter to date.
Returning to face-to-face exhibitions has been a highlight of the year as we got to meet with many of our customers, both existing and potential. We attended the Lancashire Business Expo hosted by Shout Network in September and was featured in both the Blackpool Gazette and the Lancashire Evening Post for our logistics challenge game as well as the vast number of enquiries we received on the day. The team on the stand worked tirelessly and I want to offer a personal thank you to them for their remarkable efforts.
